			Ingredients: 2 large fresh tomatoes, chopped 
1/2 red onion, chopped 
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely minced 
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 
Juice of 1/2 lime 
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar 
2 tablespoons olive oil 
1/2 teaspoon sugar 
Salt to taste
