Ingredients: 1-1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk 6 cups shredded coconut
2 teaspoon vanilla
Package semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions: Combine milk, coconut and vanilla. Roll coconut mixture into small balls. Place on cookie sheet lined with baking paper. Bake until slightly golden, about 6-10 minutes. Cool. Melt chocolate; dip balls in melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper. Can be ftozen.
