So good and so easy. All you need to make sure about is having good peaches. So what's new. But make this during the right season for a special treat.

Ingredients:
One 9-inch unbaked pie crust (frozen shells are fine; we often use Trader Joe's).

8 medium peaches, peeled or unpeeled, and sliced.

2 eggs

3/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup flour

1 tbls. melted butter

Directions:
Set oven to 375 degrees. Set the peaches in the unbaked pie crust.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, flour, and butter. Pour the mixture over the peaches.

Set the pie on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake the pie for 55 minutes or until the custard is set and the crust is golden.

Set the pie on a rack to cool completely before cutting.

It is good with or without ice cream, but why without?
