Servings: Serves 4 to 6
This is really simple and really good. Serve it with the Kheema Matar.
1 medium onion, peeled
¼ teaspoon paprika (the redder in color, the better)
4 teaspoons lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Cut the onion crosswise into paper-thin rings. Put the rings into a bowl. Add all the other ingredients. Toss and mix. Set aside for a 30 minutes (or more) to blend flavors.
