Servings: 3 or 4
Jean likes to use this over grilled chicken or pork loin or roast.
1 cup chopped rhubard (or a little more)
Juice of one orange
¼ cup chopped crystal ginger
2 or 3 tablespoons honey, to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
Simmer until rhubarb is soft. Cool and enjoy!
