Servings: Serves 18-20
Easy ice cream cake - much tastier than Dairy Queen. Definitely not low calorie. Should carry a warning label.
2 cups crushed graham cracker or chocolate cookie crumbs
½ cup butter
½ gallon vanilla or other flavor, softened
2 cups whole peanuts
1- 12 ounce jar caramel ice cream topping
1 - 12 ounce jar chocolate caramel or other flavor ice cream topping
Reserve ¼ cup crumbs for top
Melt butter & mix with 1 ¾ cups crumbs and pat evenly into bottom of 9" x 13" pan. Spread ½ of softened ice cream over crust, sprinkle 1 cup of nuts then 1 jar of the jars of ice cream topping. Layer remainder of softened ice cream, nuts, other jar of ice cream topping, then top with reserved crumbs. Freeze.
