I'm still working on getting this one right everytime but, your site needs to have them on it. I was hoping someone would have it here and I would find out a new clue.

Ingredients:
5 tablespoons butter
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk

Directions:
Divide butter in muffin cups, melt in hot oven.

In blender beat eggs till foamy, add flour and milk and blend 1 minute. Pour into muffin cups.

Bake @425° 10 minutes; then reduce to 350° for another 10 minutes. Don't open the oven! Popovers will be very tall and crispy and will have turned over in the tins. [Hopefully.]

Serve immediatley with your favorite preserve or honey.
