Ingredients: 2lb. bag frozen hashbrowns
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 16 oz. tub of sour cream
1 stick of margarine or butter, melted
8 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese
Directions: Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
Mix hashbrowns, onion, mushroom soup, and sour cream. Pour melted butter over mixture, stir. Now add half of the cheese, mix well. Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining half of cheese evenly over top. Bake for 1 hour.
