Best fajita sauce ever, says Peter.
1 cup ketchup
¾ cup worchester sauce
½ cup red wine
¾ cup soy sauce
¾ cup dark brown sugar
½ cup Oil (I like peanut oil)
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
Mix all ingredients and pour over your chicken breasts when warm. Allow to marinate for a day or two. Grill the chicken while basting and boil remaining marinade to serve.
Use this sauce in your favorite fajita recipe. Also, very good over fish or as a BBQ starter.
